Choose Report - Existing Tab

The Existing tab allows you to open previously created reports.   JReport allows you to modify these opened reports and/or run them to view the results.

How to open a report:
In order to open a report, you must first open its cooresponding Catalog file (*.cat).   Click here for an explanation of Catalog files.  Each Catalog file has its own set of reports.  You may either type in the path of the Catalog file or use the Browse button to search for this file.   

Once you have selected a Catalog, a list of reports should appear in the bottom menu.  Select the report you want.

If you do not see your report in the directory where you saved it, make sure the correct Catalog file is open.
