Query Results Window

Displays a list of machines that match the query criteria.

File Menu

Next
Displays the next page. By default, a page displays up to 20 machines in the Query Results window.

The last page of the query results shows the total number of results. To go to the last page of the query results, click Next (Ctrl+N) until you reach the last page.

Previous
Displays the previous page.

Advanced Inventory
Displays the machine's inventory information in the Inventory Summary window.

Double-click the managed server > click File > click Advanced Inventory.

Save
Saves all the retrieved query results in a text file with a .txt extension.

If you have not viewed all the query results, the Save Query Results dialog box is displayed with the following options:

All
Saves all the retrieved query results.

Viewed Results
Saves only the query results that you have viewed.

Exit
Closes the Query Results window.
