Data Export

Lets you specify the .csv or .xml filename where the inventory data will be exported.

Select an Export Option

Export to CSV
Exports the inventory data to a .csv file.

Export to XML
Exports the inventory data to a .xml file.

File Name
To export the data to a new file, enter a filename. To export the data into an existing file, click the Browse icon to browse for and select the file.

The number of inventoried servers or inventoried workstations displayed indicates the status of the data export.

To view the data exported to the .csv file, open the .csv file in Microsoft* Excel or any other CSV-supported viewer.

To view the data exported to the .xml file, open the .xml file in Microsoft Internet Explorer or any other XML-supported viewer.
