Edit Policy Package Schedule

Use this dialog box to edit the default schedule for the policy package. The default schedule is used by all policies in the package, except where you set schedules for the individual policies.

Policy Schedule Type
Select the type of schedule you want to create. For example, the Daily schedule (the default) enables you to select the days that you want the policy's action to run, the time period when it should run, and how often to repeat the policy's action. The type you select becomes the default for any of the package's policies for which you have not individually set a schedule.

Advanced Settings
To fine-tune the schedule you've established, click Advanced Settings, then configure the settings for the following options. For more information about an option, click the Help button in the Advanced Settings dialog box.

For ZENworks for Destkops, this option is displayed only when editing the default schedule for User or Workstation policy packages.

• Completion: What happens after the policy action has completed.
• Failure: What happens if the policy action fails.
• Impersonation: The user context (Interactive User, System, Unsecure System) that the policy action runs under.
• Priority: The priority of the policy action.
• Time Limit: How long the policy action has to complete its task before being terminated.
