Send a Custom Message to Connected Users
In addition to the standard broadcast message sent to all connected users when a server goes down, you can select this check box to add a custom message.

Number of Times to Send Message
The number of times you select is dispersed evenly throughout the time left before the server goes down. For example, if the server is going down in 10 minutes and you select to display the message 5 times, the message is displayed every two minutes.

Custom Text
Enter the message text to be displayed on users' workstations.

Include This Last Line
Select to include the predefined line at the end of your custom text. The value for "X" in the message is derived from the number you entered on the Down Procecure tab.

Apply
Immediately applies the policy settings.
