Run Immediately

Runs the scheduled item immediately upon enabling the policy.

Schedule Type
Run Immediately is already selected.

The action begins when you click OK. For example, if the action is for the Channel to send a Distribution, it builds and sends the Distribution as soon as the Distributor has been refreshed.

Repeat the Action Every
Select this option, then use the Hours, Minutes, and Seconds fields to determine how often the action should be repeated. You can leave any of the fields zeroed, but you must have a practical value in at least one of the time increments.

The action (such as sending a Distribution) is repeated at the interval of time you specify. For example, if you specify 1 hour for the repeat action interval, the Distribution is sent once each hour after the first time it is run immediately.
