Convert User to External Entity

This option lets you convert a User object to a GroupWise^® External Entity object. An External Entity object allows the user to retain his or her GroupWise account but does not provide access to Novell^® eDirectory^TM. The external entity appears in the GroupWise Address Book for addressing purposes and in the eDirectory tree for GroupWise administrative purposes, but has no other function.
