You can set GroupWise® client default options at the domain, post office, or user level. If you don't want users to change options, you can lock them by domain, post office, or single user. For example, to conserve network disk space, you might want to require that all mail be archived or deleted when it is 30 days old. For administrative convenience, you might also want to control other option settings.
