Membership

The Membership list box displays the current membership of this distribution list.

Add
Click Add, browse to and select one or more objects to add to the distribution list, then click OK.

The following types of objects can be added to a distribution list:

• User, External User, External Entity
• Resource, External Resource
• Distribution List

Delete
Select one or more objects, click Delete, then click Yes to confirm the deletion.

Participation
Select the object you want to set participation for, click Participation, then select the participation level (To, CC, BC).
