Create GroupWise Distribution List

Distribution lists are public address lists that you, as the administrator, create for your GroupWise^® users.

Distribution List Name
Enter a unique name. Do not use invalid characters. You cannot change the distribution list name after the distribution list has been created.

GroupWise Post Office
This field is displayed only if you are creating the post office through the Novell^® eDirectory^TM Console View instead of the GroupWise View. Browse to and select the post office you want the distribution list assigned to.

Container
This field is displayed only if you are creating the distribution list through the GroupWise View instead of the Console View. Select the eDirectory container where you want the Distribution List object to be created.

Define Additional Properties
Select Define Additional Properties to finish defining this Distribution List object's properties immediately. These properties affect how the Distribution List object functions in your GroupWise system.

Create Another Distribution List
Select Create Another Distribution List to postpone defining this Distribution List object's properties until after you have created additional Distribution List objects. This can save steps when creating multiple Distribution List objects.

After creating multiple Distribution List objects, right-click each Distribution List object, then click Properties to finish defining each Distribution List object's properties. These properties affect how each Distribution List object functions in your GroupWise system.
