Expired Records

Use the Expired Records dialog box to identify which GroupWise® accounts have expired or will be expiring in the future. Depending on the expiration date you choose, you can see expired accounts only or both expired and expiring accounts.

Expired Records In
The list of expired accounts that you see depends on which GroupWise object you selected before opening the Expired Records dialog box. If you selected GroupWise System, you see expired accounts for your entire system. Selecting a Domain object or a Post Office object displays accounts for the domain or post office only. This field displays the object you have selected.

Expired As Of
All GroupWise accounts that have expired on or before this date are displayed. The current system date is the default. You can change the date by using the View Date button. You can enter a past or future date.

Expired Users
The Expired Users list displays any GroupWise accounts that have expired on or before the date listed in the Expired As Of field.

Delete
To delete an expired GroupWise account, select the account, then click Delete. Library documents associated with the account are not deleted. If the documents cannot be accessed by anyone else, they remain in the system until their archive dates are reached.

User Info
Select an account, click User Info to view all information about the account's user.

View Date
Allows you to change the expiration view date and view user records that expire on a different date.

Select All
Selects all accounts in the list.

Deselect All
Deselects all accounts in the list.
