An external resource belongs to an external post office. It does not physically exist in your GroupWise® system. The main purpose for adding an external resource is to define it in your system's Address Book so that your users can more easily schedule it and find information (owner, owner's phone number, and so forth) about it.
Resource Name
The resource name must be unique within the system and cannot be changed. Do
not use invalid characters.
Owner
Display the list of external users and select a
user to act as the resource owner.
Create Another Resource
Select Create Another Resource to save this external resource and display a
new Create External GroupWise Resource dialog box.
After creating multiple Resource objects, right-click each Resource object, then click Properties to finish defining each Resource object's properties. These properties affect how each Resource object functions in your GroupWise system.
