Use the Account page to set up an external GroupWise® user account.
Post Office
When adding a new external user, select the
external post office the user is assigned to.
Mailbox ID
Displays the the Mailbox ID for the external
user. You can change it if necessary.
Visibility
Select the visibility
level for this external user.
External Sync Override
If your GroupWise system links to
and synchronizes with another GroupWise system, select the external
synchronization policy for this external user.
Synchronize According to Visibility
Synchronization takes place only if visibility is set to System.
Synchronize Regardless of Visibility
The information is synchronized to external systems regardless of the object visibility.
Don't Synchronize Regardless of Visibility
The information is not synchronized to external systems.
Account ID
If you are using a GroupWise gateway, provide this external user's gateway account
ID. For more information about gateway accounting, see your gateway documentation.

File ID
Displays the external user's unique file ID (FID). The FID is used when generating
names for files and directories associated with the user, such as the user's
database, archive directory, and remote/caching directory.
Expiration Date
If this is a temporary GroupWise account,
click Enable and specify the date when the GroupWise account should be
deleted.
Gateway Access
Use this field to restrict access to a GroupWise gateway. See your gateway documentation
to determine if this field applies. Gateway documentation is available on the
Web at the GroupWise Online Documentation site.
Disable Logins
Select Disable Logins to prevent the
external user from accessing his or her GroupWise mailbox.
