GroupWise® external users belong to external post offices. They do not physically exist in your GroupWise system. The main purpose for adding external users is to define them in your system's Address Book so that your users can more easily address messages to them and find information (phone, office number, and so forth) about them.
User Name
The user name must be unique within the system and cannot be changed. Do not
use invalid characters. The name
appears in the Address Book.
Create Another External User
If you click this box and then click OK, the Create GroupWise External User
dialog box displays again. This saves you some steps when you are creating several
external users at the same time.
