Graft GroupWise Objects

The Graft GroupWise Objects Advisor helps you create GroupWise^® objects in Novell^® eDirectory^TM based on information from the GroupWise domain database.

Domains, Post Offices, and Gateways
Select this option to create Domain, Post Office, MTA, POA, and Gateway objects from information stored in the GroupWise domain database.

Users, Resources, Distribution Lists, and Libraries
Select this option to:

• Match users in the GroupWise domain database to existing eDirectory User objects.
• (Optional) Create GroupWise External Entity objects in eDirectory for any users in the GroupWise domain database that do not match eDirectory User objects.
• Create Resource, Distribution List, and Library objects in eDirectory from the resource, distribution list, and library information contained in the GroupWise domain database.

You must graft a post office into eDirectory before you can graft its users, resources, distribution lists, and libraries.
