Calendar Publishing

The Calendar Publishing page for the Post Office object lets you override the system-level rights for publishing to the calendar browse list, as established by the Enable Publishing of Calendars to the Browse List setting under Tools > GroupWise System Operations > Web Calendar Publishing Hosts, and domain-level rights, as established on the Calendar publishing page for the Domain object.

The calendar browse list is available at the following URL:

http://network_address:port/gwcal/calendar

The network_address can be the IP address or DNS hostname of the Calendar Publishing Host server. The port must be specified only if the default port number (80) is not in use.

Override
Click Override to change the rights to modify the calendar browse list for users in this post office.

Enable Publishing of Calendars to the Browse List
This option defaults to the system-level or domain-level setting, as appropriate. Select or deselect it as needed for users in this post office.
