The Membership list displays all users belonging to this post office. Use the Post Office Membership page to add or delete users from a post office or to move users to another post office.
Users
All users belonging to this post office are
displayed in the list.
Add
Click Add, then select the user you want to add.
Delete
Select one or more users from the membership list, then click Delete.
Move
Select one or more users from the membership list, click Move, then select the
post office to move the users to. A user cannot be using GroupWise®
while he or she is being moved.
Before moving users, you should run Mailbox/Library Maintenance on their mailboxes to prevent possible database inconsistencies from disrupting the user move process. While users are being moved, use Tools > GroupWise Utilities > User Move Status to monitor progress.
