Global Signature Settings

Use the Global Signatures Settings dialog box to select the default global signature that you want the Internet Agent to append to all outgoing messages. You can override the default global signature by editing the properties of each Internet Agent object (SMTP/MIME > Message Formatting > Default Global Signature to Insert in Outbound Messages > Override).

The Internet Agent does not append global signatures to S/MIME-encoded messages. The Internet Agent does not duplicate global signatures already appended by the Windows* client.
