eDirectory User Synchronization Configuration

Novell® eDirectoryTM user synchronization ensures that GroupWise® user information matches eDirectory user information, even if an administrator modifies eDirectory user information without the GroupWise ConsoleOne® snap-in running. Use the eDirectory User Synchronization Configuration dialog box to make sure that user information in all domains is automatically kept synchronized with user information in eDirectory.

Domains
Lists all domains in your GroupWise system, showing the domain name, the distinguished name of its MTA, and whether eDirectory user synchronization is enabled.

If a domain is listed as disabled, you should either assign an eDirectory enabled MTA to perform eDirectory user synchronization for it, or you should configure the MTA for eDirectory user synchronization.

Change Assignment
Select a disabled domain, then click Change Assignment to select an eDirectory enabled MTA to perform eDirectory user synchronization for the domain.

Configure Agents
Click Configure Agents to configure one or more MTAs for eDirectory user synchronization.
