A trusted application is a non-GroupWise® (third-party) program that can log into a Post Office Agent (POA) in order to access GroupWise mailboxes and perform various tasks.
You can use this dialog box to edit and delete the trusted applications that have been created and installed to your GroupWise system. For information about creating and installing trusted applications, search for GroupWise Trusted Application API at the Novell Developer Kit (NDK) Web site.
Trusted Applications
This list displays all trusted applications that have been added to your GroupWise
system.
Edit
You can edit a trusted application's description, IP address, port, and SSL
settings. To do so, select the trusted application you want to edit, then click
Edit to display the Edit Trusted Applications dialog box.
Delete
You can delete a trusted application. Doing so deletes the application's Trusted
Server object from Novell® eDirectoryTM and removes the application's access to
the GroupWise system. To delete a trusted application, select the application,
then click Delete.
