Calendar Publishing

The Calendar Publishing page for a User, Resource, or External Entity object lets you override the rights for publishing to the calendar browse list that have been set at a higher level.

The calendar browse list is available at the following URL:

http://network_address:port/gwcal/calendar

The network_address can be the IP address or DNS hostname of the Calendar Publishing Host server. The port must be specified only if the default port number (80) is not in use.

Override
Click Override to change the rights to modify the calendar browse list for this user, resource, or external entity.

Enable Publishing of Calendars to the Browse List
This option defaults to the setting established at a higher level, as appropriate. Select or deselect it as needed for this user, resource, or external entity.
