Delete Options

Use this dialog box to specify whether you want to delete the user's GroupWise® account only, Novell® eDirectoryTM account only, or both accounts.

GroupWise Account

Delete
Select this option if you want to completely remove the user's GroupWise account, the mailbox, and its contents. A deleted GroupWise account cannot be restored.

Expire
Select this option if you want to remove a user's access to GroupWise but you want to retain the mailbox and its contents. An expired GroupWise account can be reactivated at a later time.

eDirectory Account

Delete
Select this option if you want to delete the user's eDirectory account. If you choose this option, but do not choose to delete the user's GroupWise account, the user appears as a GroupWise External Entity object in the GroupWise View. You can then edit the External Entity object to administer the user's GroupWise account.

OK to All
If you have selected multiple accounts for deletion, click OK to All to apply the same delete options to all of the accounts. If different accounts need different delete options, set the delete options as needed, then click OK for each account.
