Browse to and select the post office to move the users to. A user cannot be using GroupWise® while he or she is being moved.
Before moving users, you should run Mailbox/Library Maintenance on their mailboxes to prevent possible database inconsistencies from disrupting the user move process. While users are being moved, use Tools > GroupWise Utilities > User Move Status to monitor progress.
