iChain Web Server Accelerator Wizard
Proxy Server Access Configuration

This page of the wizard contains the data required to read and write the configuration for the iChain* proxy server. Note - FTP must be enabled on the iChain* proxy server before the iChain* Wizard can be used for configuration.

iChain service object
The iChain* service object (ISO) contains configuration data for your infrastructure. If you have already created an ISO, you can select it by typing in the name or using the browse button to locate it. If you have not yet created an ISO, you can create one by typing the common name without the context in the iChain Service Object text field. When you press enter a confirmation dialog will appear. If you decide to create the object by selecting "Yes", the object will be created in the context you launched the wizard from.

Master proxy server IP address
This field contains the IP address of the iChain* proxy server you wish to read the configuration from. This should be the address you enabled FTP on at the iChain* proxy server. You can enable FTP from the web-based administration tool, or with the following commands from the iChain* proxy server console:

set miniftpserver address = (IP address of the proxy server)
apply

NOTE: Once you have logged into the proxy server specified by this IP address you will not be prompted to login again until you change it. This allows you to move forward and backward through the wizard without having to login each time you leave the first page of the wizard. The only time you will be prompted to login is when the Master proxy server IP address is changed to where it is different from the last time you left this page.

Primary session broker server IP address
This is the IP address of the primary, or main, session broker server. Enter a valid session broker server IP address here if you are using session brokering.

Secondary session broker server IP address
This is the IP address of the secondary, or failover, session broker server. Enter a valid session broker server IP address here if you are using session brokering.

NOTE: Once session brokering is enabled, if you change either of the session broker IP addresses and save the configuration you will be reminded to reboot all of the affected servers.

Press the Next button to advance to the next screen, or the Finish button to invoke the changes up to this point.
