This page is used to specify the addresses and ports on which the iChain* proxy server will communicate with clients and web servers.
DNS name:
This field is for reference purposes only. It can only be modified from the previous screen.
Enable this accelerator
If this box is unchecked, iChain* will not allow access to this resource, but all other parameters
will be saved. This box must be checked for the system to function for this accelerator.
Web server addresses
This table contains the IP address(es) and/or DNS name(s) by which the iChain* proxy server will
communicate with the origin web server. Use the buttons on the right to add or delete elements in
the table.
Web server port
This table contains the IP port over which the iChain* proxy server will communicate with the
origin web server. Note: If you are using Secure Exchange as well as a secure connection
between the proxy and the web server, you will need to configure this port on the
Secure Exchange Options dialog.
Accelerator IP addresses
This table contains the IP address(es) over which clients will contact the iChain* proxy server
to access the web server. Addresses must be setup when the iChain* proxy server is initially
installed. They cannot be added from the wizard. Place a check in the box next to each address
clients will use to access this accelerator.
Accelerator proxy port
This table contains the IP port over which clients will contact the iChain* proxy server to access
the web server.
Act as a tunnel
If this option is selected, iChain* will not attempt to modify the data being passed through the
specified ports. Authentication and authorization are disabled for tunneled accelerators.
Tunnel only SSL traffic
If this option is selected, iChain* will only tunnel traffic sent on an encrypted channel.
Press the Next button to advance to the next screen, or the Finish button to invoke the changes up to this point.
