Dial Access System Remote Connection Restrictions Page

Purpose

This page manages the following types of login restrictions for a given Dial Access System object:

• Number of dial-in connections
• Interim accounting timeout interval
• Logging interval for current connections
• Maximum number of records in the User
• Remote Connection History log file

Note: The remote connection restrictions require RADIUS accounting to be in use. For more information, see the RADIUS Administration Guide.

To Configure the Remote Connections Restrictions Page

1. Select Unlimited under Default Dial-In Connection Limit to permit unlimited dial-in connections.
2. Select Limit Connections under Default Dial-In Connection to specify the maximum number of concurrent dial-in connections if you want to limit dial-in connections.
3. Accept the default value for Interim Accounting Timeout Interval (10 minute) or enter a new value.
4. Accept the default value for Remove Current Connection Entry After (7 days) or enter a new value.
5. Accept the default value for Maximum Records In User Remote Connection History (30) or enter a new value.
6. Click OK.
