Temporary Login Sequence

Purpose

From this page, you can allow a user to use the temporary login sequence and specify the number of days he/she can use it. The temporary login sequence is set in the Login Policy > Rules tab. If a user normally uses a token device or smartcard to authenticate but loses the device, you can use this feature to allow them temporarily log in to the network.

To enable the temporary login sequence

1. Click the checkbox to allow the user to use the temporary login sequence.
2. Click in the day box and type the number of days the user can use the temporary login sequence.
3. Click OK or Apply to save the changes.
