Adding an External Authentication Server Domain

Overview

Using ConsoleOne*, you can configure a domain that targets an external authentication server for the Dial Access System object. This domain will forward requests to the designated external server.

  1. Select a Dial Access System object that you already created.
  2. Select Domains.
  3. Select Add to add a domain.
  4. Enter the name of the authentication domain in Domain Name.
  5. Select the External Authentication Server domain type.
  6. Enter the primary IP address and TCP port number for the specific RADIUS server to process the requests.
  7. (Optional) Enter the secondary IP address and TCP port number for the specific RADIUS server to process the requests.
  8. Enter the RADIUS secret. Reenter the secret.
  9. Click OK twice.
