Application Dependencies Chain

This dialog box lets you view the application chains where the application is a member.

If an application (in this case, Application B) has no dependent applications and is not a dependency for another application, the list displays:

NOVELL_TREE/Application B.zenapps.novell

where NOVELL_TREE is the Novell® eDirectoryTM tree, Application B is the name of the Application object, and zenapps.novell is the context of the Application object.

If Application B has dependencies on other applications (in this case, Application C and Application D), the list displays:

NOVELL_TREE/Application B.zenapps.novell
----Application C.zenapps.novell
----Application D.zenapps.novell

If another application (in this case, Application A) has a dependency on Application B, the list displays:

NOVELL_TREE/ApplicationA.zenapps.novell
----ApplicationB.zenapps.novell
---------ApplicationC.zenapps.novell
---------ApplicationD.zenapps.novell

If the application is part of multiple chains, each chain is displayed.
