Use the View property page to specify the security settings for Remote View sessions.

Use These Settings and Ignore Workstation Remote Management Policy
When you enable this option, all parameter values in the property page will be made available for modification. The Remote View settings in the Remote Management Policy in the workstation package associated with the workstation will be ignored and the values you choose from the Remote View property page will be used for Remote View sessions.

Enable Remote View
Allows the remote operator to remotely view the desktop of the managed workstation.

Prompt User for Permission to Remote View
Allows the user at the managed workstation to either accept or reject the Remote View session initiated by the remote operator.
Give User Audible Signal when Remote Viewed
Enables the management console to send an audible signal to the managed workstation every time the remote operator remotely views the managed workstation.
Every value Seconds
Specify the time interval when you want the management console to send the audible signal to the managed workstation.
Give User Visible Signal when Remote Viewed
Enables the management console to send a visible signal to the managed workstation every time the remote operator remotely views the managed workstation.
Display the Name of the Initiator Every value Seconds
Specify the time interval when you want the management console to display the name of the initiator on the managed workstation.
Remote Operations
Choose the remote session you want to initiate with the new security settings.
To traverse the options of the Remote Operations button, press Ctrl+PageUp or Ctrl+PageDown.

Click to specify your preferences for arranging the property pages for this type of object. These preferences are saved and used the next time you start Novell® ConsoleOne® on this computer.
