Depending on whether you are viewing the properties of a Handheld Application object, the properties of a Handheld Device object, or the properties of a User object, the options on this page differ.

Service
Browse to and select the ZENworks® Handheld Management
Service object.
Display
Refreshes the data in the Object, Status, and Modified Time columns.
Object
Lists the name of the ZENworks Handheld Management Service object and all Handheld
Device and User objects that are associated with this Handheld Application object.
Status
Lists the status of each handheld device. Successful indicates that the files
contained in the Handheld Application object were successfully installed. Failed
indicates that the files were not successfully installed. Pending indicates
that the Handheld Application object has reached its scheduled run time but
has not reported results yet. Inactive indicates that the Handheld Device object
is no longer associated with the Handheld Application object.
Modified Time
Lists the date and time that the server built or updated the Handheld Application
object.
Resend
Resends the Handheld Application object to the selected handheld devices. Resend
forces an application to be installed, even it it has already been installed
on the device. You cannot force ZENworks Handheld Management to resend an application
by deleting the application from the handheld device; you must use the Resend
button.
Properties
Displays the properties of the selected ZENworks Handheld Management Service
object, Handheld Device object, or User object.
View
Displays the status details of the selected Handheld Device or User object.
Service
Browse to and select the ZENworks Handheld Management Service object.
Show Handheld
This option is only available when viewing the Handheld Application status for
a User object. If the selected user is associated with multiple handheld devices,
select the desired device from the Show Handheld drop-down list.
Display
Refreshes the data in the Application, Status, and Modified Time columns.
Application
Lists the name of all Handheld Application objects that are associated with
this Handheld Device or User object.
Status
Lists the status of each Handheld Application object. Successful indicates that
the files contained in the Handheld Application object were successfully installed.
Failed indicates that the files were not successfully installed. Pending indicates
that the Handheld Application object has reached its scheduled run time but
has not reported results yet. Inactive indicates that the Handheld Device or

Status page of the application object.
