Events

Use this page to view event information about policy packages, updates to query-based groups, or Handheld Application objects that this ZENworks^® Handheld Management Server has sent (or, in the case of unsuccessful distributions, tried to send) to associated handheld devices.

Time
Lists the time that the event occurred. For example, the Time field might list the time that the ZENworks Handheld Management Server distributed the object to the associated handheld devices.

Object
Lists the name of the objects that this ZENworks Handheld Management Server has distributed. Objects can include policies, Handheld Application objects, or query-based groups.

Action
Lists the action that was performed on the corresponding object. Actions include Send Policy, Update Query-Based Group, Register Handheld, and Send Application.

Status
Lists the status of the event: Successful or Failed.

Purging
Click to set Event Purging options. You can select to not purge events or you can specify the number of days that ZENworks Handheld Management should keep events before purging them. The default is to not purge events.

View
Click to view additional information about the selected event.

Refresh
Refreshes the data in the Time, Object, Action, and Status columns.

Properties
Click to view the properties of the selected object.
