Connection failed
Possible Cause
- The server whose IP address or DNS name was entered in the Agent Address field is not responding.
- If the IP stack, running on the target Novell® NetWare® server on which the IPXTM stack is also running, is disturbed then the NetWare server can be remotely controlled by selecting the IPX address of the same target NetWare server from the drop-down list.
- The RConsoleJ agent is not loaded on the target server.
Action
Ensure that the RConsoleJ agent (rconag6.nlm) is loaded on the target server.
