Edit Toolbar

This is the Edit Toolbar.  This feature allows you to insert and create objects that you can use to enhance your report.  For more information about adding and moving the Edit Toolbar, click here.

Insert DBField icon: Clicking on this icon takes you to the Insert DBField, DBField tab menu.

Formula icon: Clicking here takes you to the Insert DBField, Formula tab

Summary tab: Clicking here takes you to the Summary window.   Note, you must select a field first to ungray the icon.

Parameters icon: This icon will take you to the Insert DBField, Parameter tab.

Special Fields icon:  The left icon will insert a Special Field.  The right icon will display which Special Field will be inserted.

Text Box icon:  Clicking here will insert a text box.

Chart/Graph icon: This will take you to the Chart and Graph menu.

Cross Tab icon:  This icon will prompt the Cross Tab menu to pop up.

Section icon: You can insert a section by clicking here.

Group/Sort icon: This will prompt the Group/Sort menu to show up.

Sub Report icon: Clicking here will take you to the Sub Report menu.

Draw tools icons: Clicking on these icons will enable you to draw the shapes that are seen on them.

Label icon: Clicking here allows you to place a label into your report.

Image icon: This will allow you to place a JPEG or GIF image into your report.
