Selecting, moving, and resizing objects and fields
- Single objects and fields:
- Selecting: Move your mouse cursor to an
object. Click on it. A green highlighted border should appear, indicating that
you have selected the object.
- Moving: Move your mouse cursor to the
selected object till you see this icon:
. Click and drag the
object to the desired position.
- Resizing: Move your mouse cursor to the
selected object's border. The following icons may appear:
(vertical
resize),
(horizontal resize),
, and
(diagonal
resize). Click and drag the object's border to the preferred size.
- Multiple objects and fields:
- Selecting:
Move your mouse to a blank area. Click and drag to create a selection box.

Continue to drag this selection box over multiple objects and release.

A green highlight and a blue striped border on one object indicates multiple
selections with the other selected objects outlined in hash marks as shown above.
- Moving: Move your mouse cursor
to the green highlighted object until you see this icon:
. Click
and drag the object to the desired position. The rest of the objects and fields will
follow.
- Resizing: Move your mouse cursor to the green
highlighted object's border. The following icons may appear:
(vertical
resize),
(horizontal resize),
, and
(diagonal
resize). Click and drag the object's border to the preferred size. The rest
of the objects and fields will resize as well.
