Options - Editor Tab

The Editor tab allows you to change the options in View, Grid, and Fields.

View Options:

• Show Standard Toolbar:  Allows you to add or delete the Standard Toolbar.
  
• Show Edit Toolbar: Allows you to add or delete the Edit Toolbar.
  
• Show Status Bar: Adds or deletes the status bar on the lower right hand corner.
  
• Show Rulers: Adds or deletes the horizontal and vertical rulers.
  
• Show Guidelines: Allows you to add or delete the guidelines in your report.

• Show Marginis: Allows you to add or delete the margins in your report.
  

Grid Options:

• Grid Size: Allows you to adjust the size of the grids in the design area.
  
• Show Grids: Allows you to reveal or hide the grids.
  
• Snap to Grids:  Either objects will snap and lock with the grids, or you can freely move and place objects around.

Field Options:

• Insert Field Name with Field: Fields can either come with the defaulted label or not.
  
• Insert Group Name with Group: Groups can either come with its own label or not.

Display Entity:

• Fraction: Allows you to decide the precision of the fractional data in your report.

• Unit: Allows you to decide the unit of the measures in your report.
