Report Wizard - Graph Tab

Charts and graphs are available for your use in your Standard Report, Sub Report, and Drill Down Report. 

1: Type Tab
A window will appear.  First select which chart you would like to use.

• - 3D Bars: A vertical, side by side, 3D bar graph

• - Side by Side: A vertical, side by side, 2D bar graph

• - Stacked Bar:  A vertical, stacked, 2D bar graph

• - Bench Array: A horizontal, 3D bar graph

• - Bench: A horizontal, side by side, 2D bar graph

• - Stacked Bench: A horizontal, stacked, 2D car graph

• - Pie Graph: A 2D pie graph

• - Line Graph: A 2D line graph

• - Area Graph: A 2D area graph

2: Data Tab
JReport creates your graph based upon which fields you selected in the Group tab and which fields, functions, and break fields you chose in the Summary tab. 

The Graph Position gives you the option to place the chart either in the Report Header or Footer or in the Group Header or Footer.  However, this does depend on the selections you made in the Group and Summary tab.  Once the chart is placed, it cannot be moved to any other section.   

3. Options
This section allows you to name areas of your report such as Title, Left Title, and Footnote.

Select the Graph Done button once you are finished.  The graph will automatically appear in the section you placed it.  NOTE:  The graph you see in the Design area is NOT the same as the final graph you see in the View area.
